About Me
Marlon Williams, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CPCS is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, Counselor Educator, Scholar, Speaker, and Professional School Counselor with over 20 years of experience in education. He uses his training, experience, and unique skill set to help people achieve their life goals and has a passion for helping athletes thrive athletically, academically, personally, and professionally.
Dr. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech. He earned his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education and Supervision from Mercer University. Dr. Williams specializes in counseling athletes and is a member of the international Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society.
Marlon was a four-year starter at outside linebacker and the only freshman starter on Georgia Tech’s 1990 National Championship team. He was a Butkus Award nominee and finished his career ranked fifth all-time in quarterback sacks and fourth all-time in tackles-for-losses. Dr. Williams uses his experience as an elite athlete to help professional, amateur, and collegiate athletes excel in sports, academics, and life.
